Maxim Tzekov won the 3rd prize at the International Mozart Competition Salzburg. In the finals, he played Mozarts Violin Concerto No. 4 with the Akademieorchester der Universität Mozarteum, conducted by Ion Marin. You can listen to the performance HERE
He is one of the sixteen selected candidates to play at the prestigious Michael Hill Violin Competition 2026 in New Zealand.
